Responsibilities:
· Support tech/design/production team to source for new vendors, parts, and materials
· Budget and plan purchases according to delivery timeline with sales team
· Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
· Tracking and follow up on incoming purchases, inspection on product quantity, condition and liaise with vendors on RMAs when required
· Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
· Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
· Ensure accurate documentations and records on all inventory movement in and out of the internal and external storage facilities. This involves timely updating and reporting of inventory movements in the inventory system in accordance to company's guidelines, processes and policies
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Education – Nitec/Diploma in logistics, purchasing, supply chain management or similar field preferred
· 1+ year of experience in logistics, purchasing, supply chain management or related
· Good computer literacy
· Good interpersonal skills, especially to be able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues
· Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines

Salary: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
