Requirements
- Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew
- Able to cope with fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
- For casual position, candidate must be available to work during peak hours especially lunch hour, able to work for long term, minimum 3 months is a plus point.
- Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as juice, coffee, snack etc.
- Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
- In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.
- Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
- Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
- Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.

Casual Rate: RM8/hour
