Job Description:
Job Purpose/Overview
Job Purpose of Maintenance Operator is to maintain all various machines on production lines in best condition, immediately fix when it is suddenly out of order to maximize productivity and support operation team to produce what business needs. Maintenance operator reports to Technical manager and work with shift team following same operational procedure as well as HSE and QFS requirement
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of Maintenance Operator are
Execute preventive maintenance (weekly, periodically, quarterly, twice a year)
Fix at any machine and/or facility trouble could affect to production/operation
Train Packing Operator how to use each machines properly to reduce the risk of machine trouble
Support Packing Operation when required by Shift Leader
Proactive on Continuous Improvement for Production lines and its process
Job Specifications/Qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification
Diploma of Mechanical Engineering is preferred
2. Knowledge/Experience
2+years maintenance job experience in manufacturing/factory (great if (pet) food industry)
Good at manufacturing machinery, work with CAD, handling packing machine, scale, caser and/or palletizer (good to have)
3. Other Requirements
Ready to work in shifts
