We are a very fast-growing family home care business who for the last 13 years have championed family values. Our business was formed because our owners could not find the quality of care they needed for their own Mum, so started this company as a result. Our mission is to change the face of aging, and this has never faltered.
We service many areas around Northamptonshire and match people with excellent life skills to your local community. Your community needs people like you because people need help right now.
Due to the nature of the role, caring for clients in their own homes and assisting clients to access the community, we require all of our Care Professional to have a suitable independent means of transport.
We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work. Home Instead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
This role may interest you if you have previously shown interest in Community worker, Care Assistant, Care Professional or Care Worker.
Join Home Instead and become part of our family. Whether you have experience in care or are just starting out, you will find unparalleled support, training and guidance to help you establish and progress a career in care.
