In this role, you will be part of the product- and project management team.
You will manage the development and industrialization of new products and product variants from the start to the launch in different regions and channels. Mainly, you will be responsible for maintaining timelines and taking care of several milestone deliverables in close exchange with the Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to deliver products on time and in quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- You coordinate and manage cross-departmental project teams and lead the product development from the product idea to market introduction according to timeline
- You develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and report relevant Milestones to management decision board
- You report defined KPI´s, such as project status, project cost, resource status which provide transparency on the operational status, business impact and potential as well as technical perspective and shortcomings.
- You define customer and product requirements, identify new product solutions, and determine feasibility and business impact, and scoping
- You review the project orientation and results during the evaluation phase in comparison with the strategic orientation for all projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- You love developing products, and you understand the challenges that can be part of the product life cycles.
- You care about the teams and colleagues you work with and want to see them succeed.
- You have a degree in economics, business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field of study.
- You already have experience in project management of physical goods (consumer goods or medical/health industry)
- You have great interest and talent in the coordination of international and interdisciplinary teams.
- You are detail-oriented with excellent time management skills you find it easy to identify priorities.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You have excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
- You have need of extensive social, professional, methodological, and entrepreneurial skills.
