Broad understanding/appreciation of key process and operational areas (eg.quality, production engineering, ta).
Good at trouble shooting on complex process issues.

Your Role
Mission:
- To support PC Zibo be an advanced manufacturing factory for industrial vacuum products and MVR products.
- Lead assembly capability, support machining capability & capacity set up within PC Zibo for new products and transferred products
- Sustain machining and assembly process capability and capacity on existing assembly lines
- Lead continuous improvement on assembly process to improve product quality, safety and reduce cost
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with AC group engineering team to transfer production line, include review and improve manufacturing process, technical specifications, BOM and routing, PFMEA, quality control plan, layout, etc.
- To ensure the effective and efficient process for pumps machining.Design fixtures for parts machining.Design process routing for new product and transferred products.
- Take lead to ensure the effectiveness and sufficiency on manufacturing process for pumps and systemic products' assembly.
- Take lead to understand the technical requirements and product specifications, and work out the SOP/WI for products manufacturing.
- Take lead to monitor the manufacturing process capability, identify process risks and issues, analysis and fix the manufacturing process risks/issues quickly.
- Take lead to develop and promote continuous improvement process, to get effective productivity improvement by train and push operators involving in improvement activities on manufacturing process.
- Introduce poka-yoke into process, including mechanical and digital approaches.
- Take lead on designing and optimizing layout for assembly lines, according to Lean production concepts.
- To assess the safety risk during assembly process, improve the process or fixture, tools, etc. to ensure safe production.
- To liaise with related teams to facilitate the smooth introduction of products and apply processes to the cell in order to meet safety, quality, cycle time and cost targets.
- Take lead to communicate with foreign engineers in AC group about product spec and manufacturing process, transfer product or new developed product in English, both oral and written.
- Train operators on manufacturing process and specific operating details.
To succeed, you will need
Bachelor or above
Relevant previous experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in assembly. Has experience in pumps, compressors, engines, motors is preferred. (actually 8 years already)
- Experience in safety, lean production, advanced manufacturing (eg, digitalization in process) in workshop is required.
- Experience in leading quality and other improvement projects through multi-department teams is required.
- Experience in leading manufacturing process improvement/ quality improvement and other improvement projects through multi-department teams is preferred.
Language skills:
