Job Title: Sales Commission Agent

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Commission Agent to join our team on Upwork. As a Sales Commission Agent, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales for our company. You will be paid $25 for each lead closed and job completed, and an additional $5 if we receive a 5-star review for that job.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all coordination from the lead call to completion of the job

- Generate new leads and close sales for our company

- Communicate effectively with clients and potential customers to understand their needs and requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

- Follow up with customers after completion of the job to ensure satisfaction and obtain reviews

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales and lead generation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Familiarity with BookingKoala software and sales tools

- This is a commission-based position, and the successful candidate will be paid $25 for each lead closed and job completed, and an additional $5 for a 5-star review. Repeat bookings are paid $10 per booking as long as you are involved with the project.

- The more leads you close and jobs you complete, the more you can earn. Potential to earn up to $250 per day, depending on consistent performance.

- Cumulative time required per booking (from lead call to job completion) is approximately 1-2 hrs. This reduces with more practice and experience.

Additional Job Description Information:

This Sales Commission Agent position will operate on Eastern Canada time and requires the agent to be available during those hours. Please ensure that your availability aligns with our schedule before applying for this position.

Currently receive an average of 2 leads per day. This number could easily be increased to 8-10 leads per day with additional ad spend and marketing efforts. As a Sales Commission Agent, you will be responsible for handling all coordination from the lead call to job completion, which will include communicating with clients, following up with customers, and maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business.
