Experienced IT Business Developer / Account Manager

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, you’ll oversee the following tasks:
Your tasks:
- You will analyze market needs and propose innovative and specific solutions.
- Along with the General Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for Cronos Luxembourg’s development strategy.
- You are in charge of identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Through an active prospecting approach, you will detect and develop the loyalty of new customers.
- You’ll manage and foster relations with existing clients.
- You will lead commercial and contractual negotiations.
- You will work closely with the recruitment department and other entities from the group to guarantee a reliable service to your clients.
Your profile:
- You have a successful B2B sales experience in the IT sector in Luxembourg (>10 years).
- You have a great knowledge of the local private & public sector
- You have ideally a higher education with a commercial or IT orientation.
- Your interpersonal skills and your curiosity will enable you to develop an important professional network and to create lasting relationships with your clients.
- You are dynamic and clearly result-oriented.
- You are a team player, a good communicator and can adapt to both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French & English. German and/or Luxembourgish would be strong assets.
