The Role:

In this role as Administrator, you will coordinate and perform the planning/scheduling of routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure the most efficient use of resources for the Lower Fitzroy area.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Performing accounting and administrative functions and maintaining accurate records
  • Undertaking administrative planning duties including work orders, compilation of work instructions and work packs etc.
  • Performing activities associated with procurement, budgeting, asset and inventory management, coordination of all mandatory inspections, accounts payable, travel requirements for staff and vehicle management.
  • Ensuring all work records are compliant with Sunwater’s Business Management System standards
  • Ensuring compliance training program requests are actioned to ensure staff maintain their required competencies
  • Maintaining office facilities, including ordering stationery and kitchen supplies; engaging cleaning and maintenance contractors and inducting them etc.

Please note that there will be some occasional travel associated with this role (usually once a quarter).


You will bring:

  • Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Class ‘C’ driver’s licence
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Proven organisational skills and competence in planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring work programs etc.
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of word processing, excel, database and asset maintenance management software
  • Ability to work autonomously, using a high level of initiative
  • Experience with SAP accounting software would be highly regarded
